This takes me back to my childhood too! His show was called Yan can cook and was so hilarious. I loved his show!

My mom and I used to watch this all the time "Yan can Cook". I forgot all about this show, thanks for the memory.

I used to watch him when I was younger. Now that I'm cooking, I would love to watch his show again. I remember him using a small teapot and pouring it around his wok in a "swirl" as a substitute for tablespoons in measuring how much oil he would put ;-)

the show was a long time run on CBC ( Canadian broadcast channel). I too remember watching his show as a child. He had a really unique cooking personality.
